My goal is to make it easy for people to come together, engage in difficult conversations, build consensus, and reach agreement, in a timely manner.
I do this by providing a structured framework, where it’s safe to hold difficult conversations.
I give people many options, where and when we meet; face-to-face and/or online. And, I do this while being open and clear about your resolution options, and what service I can, or can’t, do for you.
