Workshops & webinars on collaboration, conflict management, working virtually…
Workshops & Webinars
This workshop will show you how to proactively manage workplace conflict; constructively, cost-effectively, and fairly. Delivered in-person or virtually.
This workshop helps individuals and organizations work better together, from a distance. Delivered in-person or virtually, via webinar. Here is a webinar I did for Charity Village in December, 2016; Virtual Collaboration for Volunteer Managers and Boards of Directors.
And, the conversation doesn’t end with the workshop or webinar; e.g., Virtual Collaboration Superheroes and answers to your webinar questions.
Cross-Cultural Conflict Management
This workshop helps culturally diverse workplaces effectively communicate, collaborate, and manage conflict. It builds on my years of delivering workshops on workplace skills for new immigrants, on behalf of the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria. Delivered in-person or virtually.
